Okay then.
Apparently, you're a Bigot if you oppose the concept of the Judiciary dictating law to an equal branch of government. It's just not right, you see, you're biased. You're discriminating. You're a [cause here]-ophobe.
Alright, then, fine. Aside from the fact that this line of thought is obtuse beyond belief and more or less pegs the memememeMeMEME meter, let's explore this a bit.
If Gay Marriage activists are okay with Judicial Tyranny so long as it works to their advantage, maybe I'll give it a shot. I hereby demand that the New York Judicial Court issue me the following, as I am an oppressed minority being discriminated against by the government.
- Issue a federally valid concealed carry pistol permit, valid in all states, regardless of state law.
- Issue a federally valid special driver's license which allows me to travel at 250 miles per hour on all public roadways and interstates in an Indy Champ Car, regardless of state and local traffic law.
- Appropriate one (1) F-16C Jet Aircraft for my own use; required to reduce workplace stress and improve blood flow via increased pulse rate.
- Issue a federally valid special pilots license which enables me to fly at supersonic speeds at an altitude of 100 feet over residential neighborhoods, at 0300 hours; and further to indemnify me from any damages as a result of such flight, including but not limited to: Broken glass, shattered eardrums, and dead goldfish.
I believe that as an oppressed minority, a firearms-owning, jet-fighter-loving motorsport enthusiast, it is my right to be afforded these simple human rights in a right and just society. I believe that my own desires far outweigh any and all public opinion, and as such, I authorize the New York Judicial Court to disregard any and all local, state and federal law, including all legal precedent, in order to grant me these simple requests.
