Si Vis Pacem Parabellum

I know, we'll throw a tantrum!
The Guardian, unsurprisingly, really wants the US to relinquish control of ICANN and the root domain servers. Their argument? Well, it's as lackluster as you'd expect.
But the refusal to budge only strengthened opposition, and now the world's governments are expected to agree a deal to award themselves ultimate control. It will be officially raised at a UN summit of world leaders next month and, faced with international consensus, there is little the US government can do but acquiesce.
There's little we can do but acquiesce! Because, you know, the guardian said so!
Failing to do so might anger the likes of Iran and Cuba, who will want to destroy us even more than the usual amount!
Here's a shocking, ground-breaking alternative the nitwits seem to be missing: No. As in, go pound sand. Yes, you heard us. Eff off.
